InterventionAn intervention is a carefully planned and structured process that involves family members, friends, co-workers, and possibly others to come together to respectfully confront a person struggling with substance use disorder. The primary goals of the intervention are to motivate the individual to acknowledge the addiction, accept help, and commit to seeking treatment. An intervention is not always a "surprise." Instead, our strategy in selecting the type of intervention is determined on a case-by-case basis while ensuring that compassion, dignity, and kindness are always demonstrated. Key components of a successful intervention include thorough planning and preparation, timing the intervention, and making sure all participants remain focused and steadfast. A qualified, certified intervention specialist is essential to providing leadership and supervision of the intervention. |
Sober TransportSober transport helps individuals by ensuring safe and dependable transportation to and from home, the treatment center, airport, and other various destinations. This also gives individuals the opportunity to ask questions and address any anxieties about the program. |
